You are right! Thank you for your comparison! That has made me realize . . .
The difference I see is on VS Code. I create my presentation slides on VS Code and present them on the webbrowser. So the problem I see occurs because of the font the typst previewer on VS Code uses . . . I guess.
The bottom line is the same: I want to slightly increase the around-operator spacing in scripts.
As you suggest, I’ll submit a feature request. Such a global setting wouldn’t hurt if it’s optional.
