I suppose the natural question for people working on typst is:
Why should the heading level affect the sizing of elements?
I understand why you want this in the output document; but setting the size of the text versus the structure of the document (i.e. headings) seem like distinct concerns, to me. If this is written about somewhere (for typst or *TeX or even Sile…) please link me to it.
