Hi,
I am currently experimenting Typst for generating content, and I do not succeed in generating PDFs with accessible images. I use the documented alt parameter, with Typst online editor and 0.13.1 compiler but when I check the rendered PDF file, I find no trace of the alternative texts. Is there some known issues about this, or things to know in order to make it work?
Best regards,
Yann
Hi there! Welcome to the Forum.
This issue is about accessibility features, including the alt parameter. It seems like they are aware of it, but haven’t implemented the feature itself yet.
You can use the parameter now so you don’t have to implement it later, but you will have to wait for the full implementation for it to take effect.
