How to contribute to the Raw environment with a new language?

I have a subime-syntax file and atmThemefile for a language that is not supported byRaw`.
Is there a place where to put them so they become available to everybody?

See bat/CONTRIBUTING.md at master · sharkdp/bat · GitHub. You can also just publish a link to the files, therefore making them available to everybody.

Typst uses two-face library that uses bat, that has a lot of language parsing and theming files.
