When I am citing in apa style, I have multiple occasions for my thesis where I need to reference multiple papers at once. For some reason, they appear alphabetically in the text, just like in the bibliography.
So for example if I am making a statement now it appears as ( A author, 2025; B author 2020). Or (A author 2025; A author 2020)
I want to make sure that these citation in the text are ordered by year and then in the bibliography alphabetically, and if their is the same author multiple times, but with publications over different years, I want this to be alphabetically AND numerically.
Anyone knows a workaround or how to fix this?
