How to generate this "A" symbol commonly used in mathematics?

I have been trying to add the following symbol to my Typst document:

I have searched through the documentation and some Unicode websites, but I can’t find a way to generate it.

I would appreciate it if someone has a solution.

For math mode, you should use typm, or better yet use a markup:

$cal(A)$

If your question pertains to a bit of Typst markup you have problems with, put it in the question body! You can syntax-highlight Typst code by wrapping it in ` ```typ … ````. It will then look like this:

#set font(size: 12pt)

Hello from *Typst* at $ pi.var + 1 $ o'clock!

If you need to highlight a code or math mode snippet instead, the language tags typc and typm do that, respectively.

It would be great if you could post the smallest possible code samples that allow people to see what your problem is.

Also, Detypify only works on symbols, so calligraphical letters won’t work there.

Note that the look of the symbol you get with $cal(A)$ depends on the font. To get the exact same look as in LaTeX you might need to set a different font, see How does one avoid caligraphic font difference between Typst and LaTeX?
