I would like to inlcude the webography of a document that mentions an academic example but does not qualify to a standard bibliographic citation (no information about authors as it was made in the name of an enterprise to help people use its technology).

If I understand well, you want to cite web content that were authored by corporate entities. It would help if you give us more details, but as far as I know, there is no issue with doing that.
Your bibfile can be written by hand, e.g., for a website reference. The author is not a physical person, it is quoted verbatim using {{ ... }}.
