How to transform a citation in italic in my final document

Hi!

I am new to typst… and my native language is german, so be gentle

I want to change my text style (especially my references from the internet) to style: “italic”. If that helps: The font is TimesNewRoman in size 12. If tried multiple things, but none of them works (even for my normal text)…

I guess you have uploaded times.ttf to typst.app? If so, you have to also upload timesi.ttf, which contains italic glyphs. Typically, they live in the same directory, C:\Windows\Fonts\.

There’re also timesbd.ttf (bold) and timesbi.ttf (bold italic).
