I’ve been struggling a lot with the tick labels stuff in general but specifically what I’m having a hard time with here is how do I turn off the feature that gives say, an axis with the range 30000-45000 labels of 3.0-4.5 with a little x10^4 at the end? It’s really bugging me and I know there must be some simple solution but I can’t find it.
Hi @Rome and welcome to Typst and Lilaq!
This behaviour is controlled by the parameter axis.exponent. You can for example configure
#show: lq.set-diagram(
xaxis: (exponent: 0),
yaxis: (exponent: 0)
)
at the top or in the template. This will affect all following plots.
Can you tell me where you looked in the documentation so that I can add hints in the right places as to where to find this?
A lot about ticks is also explained in this tutorial Working with ticks − Lilaq.
