Hi,
based on the simple-tubs-letter, I created a letter template close to University of Hamburg (Hamburg Universität) corporate design guidelines.
Would it be interesting to add it to the package universe, or should I simply keep maintaining it myself?

Welcome! :) I’d say it’s always useful—also for you—to have templates available on Universe for easier use. But there is no dichotomy between putting it on Universe and keeping maintaining it. Publishing the template to Universe would still mean that you’re the maintainer.
