One the reasons for me to pay for Typst Pro was the Zotero synchronization. It did work for small test projects for which I had created a small collection, but now that I am trying to “really” use it, I realize that the list of presented collections is very incomplete and somewhat random.
Apparently, I was lucky in my first attempts that the collection I wanted was always showing up, but now I realize that I was just lucky, so the feature is not really usable for me.

I am disappointed that there doesn’t seem to be a fix yet, but at this stage I would be happy with a workaround. Is there any way to get the app so “see” one particular collection?

For anyone reading this, the workaround I found is that most of the time, a collection that was just created shows up in the list, after forcing both Zotero and Typst to synchronize.
So if for example I wanted to synchronize the “This project” collection, I create a new subcollection “This project for Typst” and then I add all the references I want to cite to that collection.
This solution will lead to the proliferation of “Typst-specific” collections over time, but that’s the best I found.
