The web app keeps loading the project without being able to get into the file

The web app loads for a few minutes without successfully loading the project.
I’ve tried changing browsers, and proxies, and still nothing works.

It looks like the webassembly file is corrupted. I’m getting the following error:

Uncaught (in promise) CompileError: WebAssembly.compileStreaming(): expected magic word 00 61 73 6d, found cf ff ff 7f @+0

Hope they can fix it soon

Is there any way to get a backup of our articles in this case?

Same problem here, and same question: I tried to download the project, but even that isn’t working. No access to anything.

Meet the same problem, I really need to edit my document currently.

Is anybody working on this issue? I have not had access to my files for 6 hours! (I have a pro-account, I’ve tried several browsers and devices.)

Same error here.
Hope they will fix soon.

If you need to access your projects right now, you can go to the settings, download all your data, then use typst locally with vscode and the tinymist extension.

I was able to access my projects now!

Yess, everything seems to be working again.

Yes, I was able to access my projects now!

The WebAssembly-powered Typst compiler in the web app was served with wrong compression headers during last night (Europe time) due to a spurious deployment bug, which we have now fixed.

We have also implemented a system that allows the moderators on the Typst Discord server to reach us even at night, so that we can react faster to potential outages in the future.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
