Using flex-caption from a template yields long captions instead of short

If a piece of code is used inside a text paragraph, use single backticks (`...`) instead of triple ones (or instead of quotes). If you don’t, forum markup may make your code display incorrectly:

• use `see @figure` to get see @figure instead of “see @figure” (accidentally referring to a username)
• use `#bibliography(full: true)` to get #bibliography(full: true) instead of “bibliography(full: true)” (accidentally referring to the forum tag).
• use `= chapter <ch1>` to get = chapter <ch1> instead of “= chapter ” (accidentally creating an HTML tag that is not shown at all).
