I assume they’ll stay but I wont be able to add project to it or mnage them, or will they just disappear?

They will remain in place. We do not remove them. Otherwise they are inert though. You can’t modify them and obviously you can’t create new ones.
Moving projects into and out of them is currently also still possible, but I can’t recall at the moment whether that was an intentional design decision or an artifact of the implementation, so this behavior is not guaranteed to remain supported.
