How to assign per-directory permissions to users in the web app?

Hello everyone,

As a large Typst project can become difficult to maintain at the webApp level, I was wondering if there was any intention on the part of the developers to add management by user of the read/write permissions of a file or a directory.

For example, we have user A B that only need to manage specific part of the project like a.typ, b/*.typ. So A will have default read permission everywhere except ‘a.typ’ where he can write. Same for B but where he can write in every sub files and sub directories of b/

I don’t know if this is something already available at the premium level, but I have the impression that since Typst is closer to the “code development” aspect than LateX can be, it might be interesting to consider adding such a feature.
Kind regards,
Alex

Hello @Alex, I’ve moved your topic to Questions, as I feel this is more relevant than General. You can also post an issue on GitHub - typst/webapp-issues: Issue tracker for Typst's web app., I don’t see an existing issue for it.

Hey @Alex, welcome to the forum! I’ve changed your question post’s title to better fit our guidelines: How to post in the Questions category

For future posts, make sure your title is a question you’d ask to a friend about Typst.

The feature isn’t available, but feel free to suggest it in the link sent by @quachpas. Alternatively, you can create separate projects for the directories.
