Hello!
I have a lot of high quality content in pdf format. It is quite pointless to produce png’s of these, when I have a high quality vector scalable version.
Is there any work around to allow for pdf as images, since the official version of typst is still not capable of doing this to my knowledge?
Kind regards
You might consider converting your pdfs into svgs. Here is an SO thread that would help you down that path.
Hello @AhmedSalih, I have renamed your post “How to import pdf files as images?”, please edit it if that’s wrong! Your post title should be a question, see How to post in the Questions category.
You can track the issue here: Allow inserting PDFs as figures · Issue #145 · typst/typst · GitHub
Thank you both for the inputs. That is quite disappointing though, but now I know at least. As soon as Typst gets that (if ever) it will increase professional use drastically, until then let us see.
Atleast I know now
Kind regards
